Residential Care Home Manager - Up to £50,000 per annum.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Care Home Manager to lead the teams and deliver outstanding care to the people living at our Neath House Resisdential Care Home in Neath Hill, Milton Keynes.

Situated on a quiet road close to Milton Keynes town centre, Neath House offers a comfortable, warm and welcoming setting, where we provide a range of respite care and long-term care to people who need residential dementia care or end of life care. The home is currently rated ‘GOOD’ in all KLOE’s by CQC and is part of the Excelcare portfolio – a privately owned care home group established for over 34 years.

• 45 Hours a week Monday to Friday (with some flexibility required)
• Salary up to £50,000 per annum

About the role of Care Home Manager

• Experienced within a residential care home setting for older people.
• Passion and drive to always deliver ‘outstanding’ care.
• Previous experience as a Care Home Manager leading and developing strong teams.
• Sound knowledge of CQC Regulations and legislation
• Excellent organisation and planning skills.
• Strong communication skills and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Sound business acumen and experience in managing budgets.
