Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join a growing business. This will be the first dedicated BDE in the business, prior growth has been natural organic growth, so a fantastic opportunity to make a mark and develop a strong career. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, a deep understanding of IT hardware, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and Generate Leads: Research and identify potential clients, industries, and markets.

* Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored IT solutions.

* Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and meet sales targets.

* Proposal Development: Present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.

* Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for business expansion.

* Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

* Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or a related field.

Skills:

* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

* Strong understanding of IT hardware, including access points, routers, switches, and other networking equipment.

* Solid knowledge of IT services, solutions, and industry trends.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.

* Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
