Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target new business opportunities within the M&E and FM sectors
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful sales materials and campaigns
Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Report on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management
What We're Looking For:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, preferably within the M&E and FM sectors
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Strong B2B sales skills, with a strategic approach to client acquisition
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid setup
Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
What We Offer:

Salary 40-50k per annum, depending on experience plus OTE 60-70k
