Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children or young adults in an educational setting.
• Experience with SEND which could include ASD, complex needs, Speech and Language, PMLD, MLD, SLD.
• Primary or Secondary curriculum knowledge
• Be able to maintain high standards of health and safety.

Essential Skills

• Be Patient, enthusiastic and resilient.
• Know how to differentiate: each child learns differently.
• Maintain a flexible 'can do’ approach.
• Able to work 1:1 or with small groups.
• Appropriately use recording and reporting processes whenever appropriate.
