Job Title: Training Coordinator - Motorsport & Engineering

Location: Silverstone

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role

* We are seeking a Training Coordinator to support the development of apprentices in the motorsport and engineering sectors

* This role is ideal for an experienced trainer or an industry professional looking to transition into education

* You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessments, tracking apprentice progress, and ensuring they gain the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed for their careers

* You will also liaise with employers and tutors to support apprentices and help students secure valuable work placements

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver engaging training sessions and assessments for apprentices

* Monitor and track apprentice progress, providing guidance and support

* Work closely with employers and tutors to ensure learning objectives are met

* Assist apprentices in securing and succeeding in work placements

* Maintain compliance with training and assessment standards

Requirements

* Level 3 qualification or higher in an engineering-related field

* Industry experience in motorsport or a relevant engineering sector

* Experience in training, coaching, or working with apprentices (preferred)

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Willingness to complete TAQA (Training, Assessment & Quality Assurance) qualifications, if not already held
