Office Manager

Location: Dual offices in Huntingdon & St Ives (you will be required to work at both locations)

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (OFFICE BASED)

Salary: up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience

Benefits: 20 days holiday + bank holidays, Christmas shut down - paid for and pension.

Duties:

* Keep all personnel files up-to-date and compliant

* Ensure all practices adhere to data protection laws

* Streamline onboarding/ offboarding and maintain HR records

* Manage job postings, screen candidates, and schedule interviews

* Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers

* Prepare and manage employment contracts and offer letters

* Uphold firm policies and employment law compliance

* Respond promptly to employee questions regarding HR matters

* Overseeing the general office operations

About you:

* Solid background in Office Management, HR Assistance, or similar roles

* Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance

* Skilled at handling sensitive and confidential information

* A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
