Flourish Education is currently recruiting for a Year 1 Teacher to work in a First school in Redditch, to join their team on a part time basis in September for the full academic year for two days a week. The school has recently been rated 'good' by OFSTED.

The school is looking to appoint a dedicated teacher to work within a Year 1 class. Which has 3 classes in per year. The successful applicant will have an in-depth knowledge of KS1 curriculum and be willing to commit to a longer-term position.

This a long-term role for a Year 1 class Teacher, for just two days a week for the full academic year starting in September. Working with Flourish Education gives you the opportunity to have a good balance between work/life.

⦁ QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
⦁ Experience of Teaching within Key Stage 1 (KS1)
⦁ Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
⦁ To deliver exciting lessons to match the school's teaching and learning strategies
⦁ To work alongside support staff to ensure that the needs of all pupils are met
⦁ To attend any meetings and training relevant to this role
⦁ To communicate effectively with staff, pupils and parents.

Working for Flourish Education as a Year 1 Teacher you will receive:

Paid up to £175 per day which equates to £34,125 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year
