Payroll and Accounts Assistant

Temporary - 3 months - possible Permanent opportunity

Up to £20 per hour, depending on experience

We are working with a brilliant and growing organisation in the recruitment of a temporary role. In this role you will be the Payroll and Accounts Assistant, sitting within a friendly team of 3.

This position will be for at least 12 weeks, with the possibility for a Permanent role thereafter.

Day to day in this role you will be responsible for:

• Payroll processing monthly staff members
• Payroll calculations including SSP, SMP, Pension etc
• Deal with processing new starters and leavers
• Dealing with enquiries for both Payroll and Purchase ledgers
• Purchase ledger processing
• Petty cash management
• Bank reconciliations

We are looking for someone with:

• Prior experience in Payroll processing for monthly staff members
• Experience with SSP, SMP, Pension calculations etc
• Prior experience supporting with AP processing
• Able to commit to a role of 3 months
• Able to commute daily to the Kingston area
