HEAD OF SALES OPERATIONS 

FINE JEWELLERY - LONDON

Company:

• An exquisite Luxury Jewellers based in central London who go beyond the traditional jewellery-buying experience. 
• Specialising in engagement and wedding jewellery, they offer local, in-house craftsmanship, created by industry experts at an honest price.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sales and customer-facing teams, nurturing excellence and accountability.
• Develop, own and establish retail sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and report on sales performance, strategy, targets and KPIs.
• Provide hands-on leadership in sales activities and conduct target briefings and training
• Accountable for the performance and development of the full sales team.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer experience & collaborate on long-term sales strategies.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in sales management, particularly in similar industries or sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Extremely analytical, has data-driven approach to make informed decisions to support.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Experience in managing complex operations and scaling teams within a growing business.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• This is a Monday - Friday role but must be open to some visibility over weekends

• What's on offer:

• Salary up to £65,000.
• Excellent bonus structure, paid up to 8%
