Mason Frank are proud to partner with a global education business who are actively recruiting for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join their internal Software engineering team.

As the lead developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce solutions. You'll collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other team members to create innovative solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of custom Salesforce applications, solutions, and integrations.
Collaborate with business partners to design and deliver effective solutions.
Mentor and coach junior developers.
Ensure proper design, coding standards, and best practices are followed.
Participate in Agile/Scrum methodologies.Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development
Highly experienced in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning components (LWC)
Strong understanding of Salesforce integration's.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Advanced Administrator) preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience working on complex salesforce orgs that required a lot of codeBenefits:

Base salary range £70,000 to £75,000 + benefits
