Linking Humans is on the lookout for a motivated individual to join our team as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant.

In this role, you will support our experienced recruitment consultants in the recruitment process. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate eager to kickstart their career in recruitment while gaining invaluable hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

* Screening and Selection: Conduct initial candidate screenings by reviewing CVs, conducting phone interviews, and assessing qualifications and suitability for specific roles.

* Interview Coordination: Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

* Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career aspirations and preferences, to provide a personalised and positive recruitment experience.

* Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices to effectively advise candidates and support the recruitment team's success.

* Database Management: Accurately record and manage candidate information within our applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

* Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including drafting job descriptions, preparing interview materials, and managing recruitment-related documentation.

Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor's degree.

* Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, enabling effective engagement with candidates, colleagues, and stakeholders.

* Attention to Detail: Proven capability to maintain high accuracy and precision in all recruitment activities.

* Time Management and Organisation: Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and handle a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment.

* Team Player: Willingness to collaborate in a supportive team environment, sharing knowledge and ideas to achieve common goals.

* Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to think critically, analyse situations, and offer creative solutions to recruitment challenges.

* Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with applicant tracking systems or similar software is an advantage.
