Role: Site Agent

Location: London

Pay: £400 - £450/day

We are currently searching for a proficient and seasoned Site Agent to become an integral part of a major water civil project alongside a top-tier contractor in the North London area.

Requirements:

* Demonstrated track record as a Site Agent in the realm of water or relevant civil engineering projects (managing various aspects such as earthworks, structures, and groundworks).

* Effective leadership abilities, capable of efficiently overseeing site operations.

* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in project management techniques and construction methodologies.

* Familiarity with health and safety regulations and protocols.

* CSCS

* SMSTS

* HND/ HNC in Civil Engineering

Responsibilities:

* Supervise day-to-day site operations to ensure adherence to project milestones.

* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.

* Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations on site.

* Prepare and manage project documentation, including progress reports and risk assessments.
