Digital & Social Marketing Executive - Property Sector
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 + bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm (1-hour lunch)
Hybrid: 5 days in office for first 6 months, then 1 WFH day (Tues-Thurs rotation)
Are you a creative, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Executive looking for your next challenge? We're looking for a talented marketer with a strong background in content creation, social media strategy, and analytics to join our fast-paced team in Chelmsford. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the property sector, collaborating on high-value residential and commercial projects.
About the Role:This role is a 50/50 split between content creation (for websites and social media) and strategic social media analytics. You'll be responsible for:
Managing social media channels via META Business Suite - setting up and running paid ads, monitoring performance, and adjusting strategy.
Creating compelling content and copywriting for various platforms.
Overseeing property video production (Mode etc.), including stitching reels and creating engaging marketing materials.
Tracking and analysing campaign performance, identifying what works and what doesn't, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Executing email marketing campaigns, updating website content, and supporting key company events.
Collaborating with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.
Managing a high workload efficiently, prioritising effectively, and implementing streamlined processes.
Reporting directly to the Head of department, providing insights and recommendations.
What We're Looking For:Essential: Experience with META Business Suite, setting and managing paid ads.
Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
A forward-thinking, strategic mindset with the ability to generate and execute new ideas.
Confidence in analysing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions.
Ability to work independently but also thrive within a collaborative, tight-knit team.
A proactive attitude - happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
Experience in property, estate agency, or Residential sector is preferred
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritise responsibilities effectively.
Must be comfortable with occasional travel to properties and developments (mileage reimbursed).
