My client is looking for a well experienced construction project manager to deliver a 3 year scheme in Portsmouth.

The scheme is a heritage project with a large conversion into apartments and some luxury new build houses. Ideally the successful candidate will have a had expsore to working for both a developer and a contractor and any experience within heritage or listed works would be beneficial but isnt essential.

You must also have managed schemes as number one on projects in excess of £20Million

CSCS
FIRST AID

Any professional qualifications would also be advantageous
