WHAT YOU'LL NEED  

• Long term experience within F&B operation, including breakfast service  with a service-first approach
• 1 year + experience in multi-site management and understanding of the relationship between different departments, including events  
• Take an active role in recruitment for the site as well as training and development of the team
• Knowledge of FS and HS regulations and of most common HR practices
• Strong understanding of daily and periodical financial aspects of the business with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work autonomously and alongside our head office operations team and external stakeholders
