Job Title: Project Co-ordinator

Location: Bromsgrove

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Skills and Experience Needed:

* On site experience, experience with booking access and material handling equipment.

* Experience with planning workload, scheduling engineers or labour for each job on site

* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Strong IT and administration background

Duties will Include:

* Ensuring crews have been issued proposal drawing pack ahead of works commencing on site.

* Ensuring crews have been issued up to date schedule of works & re issued revised copies once changes are made.

* Ensuring access equipment has been specified for the week ahead and the request has been submitted to the access company along with a PO with clear delivery address & site contact name.

* Monitor and control all plant & labour on a weekly basis. As jobs complete, access will need to be off hired with an instruction being sent to the access company.

* Review all on site works following each day / night install. Track progression by matching completion pictures with site pictures received.

* Create and maintain good relations with clients and workforce.
