Trainee Resourcers - US Division

Altrincham (Hybrid)

Starting basic: £23k per annum (+ Uncapped Commission with no threshold to start earning from month one.)

Monday - Thursday: 11:30am - 10pm (Flexible)

On site parking

The Role

• You will be responsible for sourcing both new candidates and roles. 
• Recruitment is a target-orientated industry, and you will be expected to generate revenue to an agreed monthly target.
• As your skills and confidence grow, you will be given the freedom to influence processes end to end.

The Candidate

Selected applicants will have an eagerness to thrive in a target driven, competitive market with experience in one of the following.

• Recruitment Consulting or Resourcing
• Sales Professionals
• Call Centre experience
• Graduates 

Our current consultants have varied backgrounds, including Business development managers, bar staff, customer service agents, recruitment, sales and graduates.
