Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
Manage employee relations, including handling disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
Support managers in all aspects of people management, offering guidance on HR best practices.
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.Profile

HR Advisor - Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar HR role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.Job Offer
