Pay Rate: £19 - £20 per hour (dependent on experience)

Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 6:00pm

Saturday: 7:00am - 11:30am

About the Role:
Excel Industrial is currently looking for a Site Supervisor to lead a small team on our client's busy site in Doncaster. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for someone with experience in mobile plant operations and team leadership in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a small team on the production line

*

Operate a range of mobile plant machinery including FLT, telehandler, and shovel

*

Monitor production quality with a keen eye for detail

*

Accurately report production data and maintain relevant documentation

*

Identify and resolve issues efficiently, using strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

Proven experience operating mobile plant equipment

*

Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

*

Strong communication and team management skills

*

Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges

*

Flexible to work the stated hours
