Help Desk Operator Opportunity!We're seeking a talented individual to join a team as a Help Desk Operator. This is a part time role.

Position -Help Desk OperatorSalary-£22,308 per annum (pro rota)Benefits:- Matching pension contributions- Opportunities for career advancement- Supportive work environmentResponsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and technical support via phone, email, or chat- Be able to process all incoming telephone traffic by following clients procedures in accordance with Client instructions- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues efficiently- Log all interactions and maintain accurate records- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of problemsRequirements:- Previous experience in a help desk or customer service role preferred- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- Knowledge of IT systems and software- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Positive attitude and willingness to learnIf you're passionate about helping others and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
