Are you a dedicated and compassionate teacher with experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN)? Your Teaching Ltd is seeking a Special Needs Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive school in Pembury, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students with a range of learning needs.

About the Role:

As a Special Needs Teacher, you will work with children who have diverse learning needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing lessons that meet the individual needs of your students, ensuring that each child reaches their full potential in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with SEN.

* Developing and implementing individual education plans (IEPs) to track student progress.

* Collaborating with other teachers, support staff, and therapists to ensure a holistic approach to student development.

* Promoting an inclusive classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic growth of every child.

* Regularly assessing student progress and adjusting teaching methods as needed.

* Building strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.

About You:

* You will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.

* Experience working with children with special educational needs, preferably in a mainstream or specialist school setting.

* A thorough understanding of SEN provisions and strategies for supporting diverse learners.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team.

* A patient, empathetic approach, with a genuine desire to make a difference in students' lives.
