Priorities:

• Powershell - Would be able to extract the data they need from a log file
• Someone who has taught themselves something - Shows initiative and self development, can think on their feet to figure things out if they don't immediately know the answer
• Troubleshooting certificates in IIS ideal but someone with SQL knowledge would be fine

Desirable

• SQL
• Web technologies
• APIs
• Troubleshooting
• Remote Desktop Protocol
• Virtualisation
• AWS, Azure or HyperV
  • They are on AWS and they have customers on Azure

Self starter part is the bit that makes a difference between good and excellent
