The first point of contact for all colleagues to access help and support. Provide general day-to-day administrative support to HR, Training, Recruitment and Occupational Health to assist in efficiently operating the site HR function.
Main Responsibilities: - Based in the People Hub, helping all colleagues with any HR or Payroll-related queries
- Maintain all employee records accurately, efficiently and confidentially
- Data entry and daily report generation to give accurate review of site’s Key Performance Indicator
- Filing, photocopying, scanning, dealing with the incoming and outgoing HR correspondence post, and other general admin functions
- Assist in maintenance of all systems
- Assist with any other administrative tasks that may be required for Training and Occupational Health
- Any other duties that may be reasonably required to support the effective running of the HR Department
Ideal Candidate: - Strong administrative background, preferably in customer service/customer-facing role
- Confidentiality and attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Responsible, organised and flexible approach
- Friendly, approachable, with the ability to work as part of a team
