Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and looking for a fulfilling role where you can make a real difference? U-Educate are working with a fantastic SEN School in Fareham who are looking for a SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA).

Key Responsibilities:

* Support children with a range of special educational needs, including emotional, behavioural, and learning challenges.

* Work closely with teachers and other staff to deliver personalized learning plans and activities.

* Assist students with classroom tasks, ensuring they are engaged, focused, and supported in their learning.

* Promote positive behaviour, communication, and social development within the classroom.

* Provide one-to-one support for children who may require additional help or have specific care needs.

Key Requirements:

* A genuine passion for working with children with SEN and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives.

* Experience working with children (desirable, but not essential - full training is provided).

* Patience, empathy, and resilience, with a calm and positive approach to managing challenges.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
