Roles and responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager, you'll focus on identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships. You'll research potential clients, qualify leads, and work closely with teams to tailor solutions to their needs. Success in this role comes from a consultative approach, great communication skills, and the ability to engage decision-makers, helping to drive growth and support the sales process.

The successful Business Development Manager:

Essential:

* 3 years' experience in Sales

* Strong communication skills

* Resilience and perseverance

* Organisational Skills

Desirable:

* B2B sales experience

* Experience using CRM systems
