The Role:
As the Part-Time Bookkeeper / Finance Assistant, you'll be at the heart of the finance team, helping to keep financial records precise and up to date. Your day-to-day will include:

Maintaining accurate financial records using Xero or similar accounting software
Reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Supporting the team with invoicing, debt collection, and general admin tasks
Who They're Looking For:

Someone with a skill for numbers and bookkeeping
Detail-oriented, organised, and trustworthy
Eager to learn and able to work independently with guidance
Good communicator and a team player
Experience or education in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field is a plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is desirable
