Job Responsibilities:

* Perform assembly, routing, and installation of wiring harnesses and electrical components, following engineering schematics and technical drawings.

* Conduct testing and inspection of harnesses to ensure proper electrical function and adherence to quality standards.

* Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to address technical challenges, incorporating modifications as necessary.

* Identify and troubleshoot issues in wiring harnesses, utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment.

* Support continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and efficiency measures.

* Maintain high standards of documentation, tracking changes and updates to wiring harness configurations.

* Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and industry standards in harness assembly and installation.

Experience Required:

* Minimum qualification of C&G Level 3, or equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

* Proven experience in electrical distribution systems (EDS), wiring harness assembly, or harness installation within automotive, aerospace, or similar industries.

* Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and technical documentation.

* Familiarity with diagnostic tools and electrical testing equipment.

* Experience with low-volume, high-complexity harness builds and custom harness solutions
