As a Cost Consultant, you will be instrumental in providing strategic cost management solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects. Your role will be critical in steering project financials, ensuring value for clients while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver comprehensive cost management services for complex projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, offering expert advice and support.
- Prepare detailed cost plans and estimates, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Manage cost control and budgeting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.

Essential Skills and Experience:

- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- A proven track record in cost consulting/management within a consultancy environment. 3-5+ yrs ideally. 
- Strong analytical skills and a meticulous approach to financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Adept at negotiating and influencing key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant software, including cost management and BIM tools.
