A creative and experienced Marketing Manager is needed to join our team at Compass Pools, a leading luxury swimming pool retailer in the UK based in Horsham on a full-time basis.

You will develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that showcase the beauty, craftsmanship, and technological advancements of Compass Pools, driving lead generation and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Harness the power of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, content marketing, and email campaigns, to engage and inspire our target audience
• Nurture and elevate the Compass Pools brand, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels
• Utilise analytics and insights to measure marketing performance, identify opportunities, and optimise campaigns for maximum impact
• Partner with internal teams, including sales, design, and production, to develop compelling marketing materials and initiatives

Required Skills:

• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on lead generation and brand building
• Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, SEO, and email marketing
• Ability to conceptualise and execute engaging marketing campaigns that resonate with our discerning clientele
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to extract actionable insights and optimise campaigns
• Collaborative and communicative, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
