Our client, an impressive primary school based in Kensington are looking to recruit someone a leading candidate with both the office and hands on experience required for the role.

Key responsibilities will include the Health & Safety throughout the school as well as managing all their external contractor including site lettings, cleaning and ground maintenance. Always Ensuring the school in functional and take responsibility for the upkeep and maintenance of a safe secure site.

Duties will include:

• Carrying out or supervising site maintenance, including painting and decorating, general maintenance and repairs.
• Site security, including lighting and ground maintenance.
• Health & Safety checks, ensuring that the school is compliant with all buildings and health and safety legislation.
• Fire safety checks.
• Monitor contractors working on school premises including cleaner.
• Day to day management of the site.
• Daily checks that the site is clean and tidy in all areas.
