What you'll be doing:- Pro-actively support a payroll team of 10 looking after a payroll of 14,000 employees.
- Deal with incoming post and triage work through the ticket management system.
- Print and post copy P60s and Overpaid leaver letters and deal with any related queries.
- Data entry - key court orders, P45s, Starter Checklists.
- Raise out of cycle payments.
- Act as a key contact for general payroll queries and provide excellent customer service.
What we're looking for:- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
- General Admin experience (desirable but not essential)
- Work well within a large team
- Self-starter with the ability to operate in the detail
- Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
