Salary: £42,000 per annum
Location: Live-in option available
Hours: Predominantly Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday

Responsibilities:

* Support the Head Chef in preparing and delivering diverse, seasonal menus tailored to the household's preferences.

* Maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation, ensuring all dishes reflect the household's reputation for excellence.

* Assist in managing inventory, sourcing the best ingredients, and maintaining relationships with suppliers.

* Uphold strict hygiene and food safety standards, ensuring the kitchen is always audit-ready.

* Oversee kitchen operations during the Head Chef's absence, mentoring junior staff to ensure smooth service.

* Adapt to occasional weekend or event requirements.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, 5-star hotels, or private members' clubs is essential.

* Strong knowledge of fine dining and the ability to create innovative menus with attention to detail.

* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a structured and discreet environment.

* High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to excellence.
