⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
💰 Salary: £30,900 per annum

Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical or electrical bias looking for a stable, rewarding role? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team at a prestigious private hospital in Warrington.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) to ensure smooth hospital operations
✅ Carry out reactive maintenance tasks, swiftly addressing any breakdowns
✅ Maintain hospital systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building services
✅ Work collaboratively to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
✅ Assist in minor project work and system upgrades as required

Requirements:

🔹 Relevtan mechanical or electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
🔹 Experience in a hospital, healthcare, or similar facilities environment (preferred)
🔹 Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
🔹 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
🔹 Knowledge of compliance and safety regulations
