Signalling Supervisor

Contract Position - Immediate Start

Based in Hitchin

£350 - 400 per day (Umbrella)

Our client is looking for a Signalling Supervisor to work in Hitchin on a contract basis. The role is split between office and site. The job is focused on scoping, planning, compliance, assurance, delivery and supporting the WDM, to ensure safe delivery of the work bank.

Duties for the role of SMTH:

* Carry out maintenance work on signalling equipment in line with client standards and the timescale as specified in the maintenance schedule, Task Briefings and as directed by the Team Supervisor.

* Assist in checking/investigating safety standards and/or system failures.

* Work with and support the development of the signalling team.

* Report problems arising during maintenance, installation and following completion of work.

Role requirements:

* Previous experience working as a Signalling SMTH

* IRSE Licensed

* Will need a van

* Travel and potentially work away from home as and when necessary

* Ability to work nights and weekends
