Pickles Recruitment are hiring for an In-House Sales Representative to join our successful and growing client's team. This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your career while working with a well-established firm.

What we're looking for:

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Being able to engage with customers in a friendly professional manner.

Building relationships with new and existing customers over the phone and in person.

Experience in sales and achieving monthly targets.

Generate and qualify new business leads, upselling etc.

Experience producing quotes and chasing outstanding quotes.

Strong Negotiation skills - although no hard sell.

Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to contract signing. Follow up on leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.

Product experience is not required as full and ongoing training will be provided.

What You'll Need:

Strong computer and keyboard skills, especially with Microsoft Office.

Good communication skills (both written and spoken), with solid grammar and numeracy skills. Accuracy and attention to detail is important.

A valid driving license, preferably with your own car for traveling to occasional customer appointments.

The ability to follow a proven sales process and manage your time effectively.

Experience in customer-facing roles, especially if you enjoy talking to people and providing great service.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive, enthusiastic approach to work, with a drive to exceed targets.

Be sales driven, forward thinking and willing to go the extra mile.

Salary:

* A base salary of £25,000, with the potential realistically earn £45,000 + in commission—there's no cap on what you can earn!

What's on Offer:

No COLD Calling.

A chance to be part of an established company with a busy, well-established team.

Mainly on site in our office/showroom for a large part of the week. There may be some off-site appointments.

Some off-site sales appointments (residential & commercial properties) throughout the day and into the evening

-Mon to Fri.

-Potentially 1 day weekend (Sat or Sun) up to 2 sales appointments with a day off during the week. We are flexible with working hours.
