An amazing school in Slough that caters to students with learning difficulties and complex needs want to welcome an SEN Learning Support Assistant to their team in the coming academic year, September 2024. The school are dedicated to meeting the individual needs of all their pupils and providing an enriching curriculum. They are looking for an SEN Learning Support Assistant to join their team and work alongside a range of professionals to make sure the students are equipped and able to reach their potential. The successful SEN Learning Support Assistant would also have access to purpose built facilities and community connections.

The school are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to support children while they are learning life skills and independence. The school endeavour to provide these vulnerable young children with the education and guidance in order to learn to keep themselves safe while being independent. As an SEN Learning Support Assistant you will work on a 1-1 basis with these students, acting as a safe space for them to express themselves while also ensuring they maintain focused on tasks and are applying themselves to their education during lessons.
