Our client is a well-established, family-run dealership based in Southeast London. They're seeking a Parts Advisor to join their friendly, professional team. What You'll Be Doing

* Assisting customers and workshop staff with parts queries in person, over the phone, and by email

* Using Pinnacle (or similar systems) to locate, order, and manage parts inventory

* Supporting the service department with timely and accurate parts supply

* Maintaining a clean, well-organised parts department

What You'll Need

* Previous experience in a franchised dealership parts role (essential)

* Knowledge of Pinnacle or similar systems (advantageous)

* Good communication and organisational skills

* A positive, customer-focused attitude
