Description

Assisting in the management of all costs related to construction projects.
Ensuring that the construction project is completed within its projected budget.
Preparing tender and contract documents.
Performing risk and value management and cost control.
Advising on procurement strategy and assisting in establishing a client's requirements.
Allocating work to subcontractors and overseeing their work at all stages of the construction.
Preparing and analysing costings for tenders.

A successful Quantity Surveyor should have:
