We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Room Leader to become the superhero of our client's nursery team. The perfect candidate will have an extraordinary background in early childhood education and will be entrusted with the crucial role of leading a room within our nursery, shaping a nurturing and thrilling environment for young children to play, learn, and flourish.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or above, because we want the best of the best
• A proven track record of rocking a similar role within a nursery or early years setting
• A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and the wizardry to implement it seamlessly
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills that could rival even the most seasoned orchestra conductor
• The ability to work like a well-oiled machine, both as part of a team and flying solo
• A burning passion for delivering top-notch care and education for our little legends

Responsibilities

• Take charge and oversee a key group of children within the nursery, ensuring their happiness, well-being, and development needs are not just met, but exceeded
• Devise and execute a captivating curriculum that fuels children's learning and development in perfect harmony with the EYFS framework
• Act as a mentor and an unwavering support system for staff within the room, offering guidance, pearls of wisdom, and training as and when needed
• Cement positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues; ensuring open communication and fostering a collaborative and joyous atmosphere
• Keep a watchful eye to ensure safety, health, and hygiene standards are tip-top at all times
• Maintain detailed records of children's progress and freely share the inside scoop with parents and carers whenever required
