Job Title: Timber Frame Site Manager

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Role Description: As a Timber Frame Site Manager, you will oversee the installation of timber windows and doors on both residential and commercial properties. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitoring progress, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards.
• Collaborating with project stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in site management, preferably in timber frame construction.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
