Job Overview: Enjoy a fulfilling work-life balance as a Store Manager with reduced weekend hours and evenings off. You'll work 39.5 hours per week, operating from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, with further reduced hours on weekends.

Salary & Bonuses: Earn up to £27,000 as a base salary, with additional monthly bonuses.

Responsibilities of the store manager:

• Elevate and maintain high standards of customer service within the site.
• Ensure compliance with company and brand standards, including health and safety guidelines.
• Meet store and company key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee site maintenance and management.
