Exciting Opportunity: Clinical Pharmacist - Plymouth

Are you a passionate and driven Clinical Pharmacist looking for an opportunity to enhance patient care within a supportive and dynamic environment? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our expanding team, providing essential face-to-face services within a well-established Primary Care Network.

Role Overview

* Position: Pharmacist/Clinical Pharmacist

* Hours: Full-time & Part-time options

* Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 depending on qualifications & experience (potentially negotiable in excess of £60K)

* Benefits: Annual Leave: 28 days + bank holidays, NHS Pension, Workplace Culture: 2 tea breaks per day for team catch-ups plus quarterly vibrant pharmacy network meetings, and on-site parking available, with additional street parking nearby

* Location: Plymouth area - Primary Care Network (4 practices, 32,000 patients)

* Ideally based at 1 site, possibly 2 (both within a 10-minute walk)

* Work Pattern: Flexible start and finish times within surgery hours (08:00-18:00)

* Remote Work: Not an option - this is a face-to-face role

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct structured medication reviews

* Handle on-the-day medication queries

* Support management of long-term conditions and patient safety initiatives

* Monthly care home visits (half-day, once per month)

* Manage medicines on transfer of care and repeat prescription authorisation

* Provide leadership in quality improvement and clinical audit

* Support public health and social care needs within the PCN
