SMART Repairer / Paint Sprayer

Starting salary up to £25-29,500 per annum, along with a 7.5% guaranteed uplift due to later shift.
Access to a throughput bonus scheme working out at £3,000+ per annum.
Rotating weekly rota; 4-day week Monday to Thursday 2:00pm-12:00pm (No Friday required) then 5-day week Monday to Friday 6:00am-2:30pm. SMART Repairer / Paint Sprayer required for our Client's busy Repair Centre.

Our Client is located in Chepstow and they are seeking a SMART Repairer / Paint Sprayer to join their team of bodyshop professionals.

Working as a SMART Repairer / Paint Sprayer for our Client you can expect a salary of £29,500.

Hours of work in this SMART Repair position are on a rotating weekly rota.
 
This SMART Repair Position has the following duties:

Repairing damaged vehicles in line with the Manufacturer's specifications
Carrying out Smart Repairs
Use all paint mixing schemes and drying areas/equipment accurately for all paint repairs.
Following safety procedures
Detecting and diagnosing any additional faults for further repair
Interacting with colleagues and customers to discuss repair work carried out.Requirements of a SMART Repairer / Paint Sprayer for our client

You will have a recognised qualification in a SMART repair capacity
You will have a previous working experience in a Mobile SMART Repairer / Paint Sprayer role within a busy bodyshop
The ability to produce a high quality of SMART repair from start to finish.
