Role: Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £47,500 + 8% Bonus + 1.5X Overtime

Shifts: Panamas (3's and 2's Days and Nights 2 weekly rotation)

From this site they go through over a million units per week meaning there is never a dull moment on site, whether it be completing planned or reactive maintenance or helping create proposals for projects, the Engineers at this site are kept busy!

The Role:

The role of Maintenance Engineer will include the following responsibilities

Reactive and Planned Maintenance on all of the production machinery on site
Mechanically working with: Bearings, Rollers, Chains, Shafts, swapping components like for like and repairing them in the workshop
Electrically Fault Finding with a Multi-Meter, Reading Electrical Diagrams, Swapping out components like for like
Electrically working with: Sensors, Relays, Contactors, Switches, Motors
The Candidate:

The Right Candidate for the role of Maintenance Engineer will be/have the following:

Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within a Factory setting fixing machinery
Be able to confidently work Electrically and Mechanically
Be able to confidently read schematic diagrams, use a Multimeter and replace components like for like
Be able to work Panama shift patterns (2 weeks of days 2 weeks of nights)
Work well alone or within a team
