In this role, you'll:

Work together with the Head Chef, ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen in their absence.
Lead by example, motivating and mentoring junior chefs to reach their full potential.
Maintain the high standards of quality and consistency that the restaurant is known for.
Contribute to menu development, putting your creative stamp on culinary offerings.
Oversee inventory management and cost control measures.
We're looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in a senior kitchen role.
Possesses exceptional leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and train a team.
Has a deep understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Demonstrates a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Is passionate about creating exceptional food experiences for our guests.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
