The Job You’ll Do;


• Fully competent in set up, adjustment and running of the production lines and processing equipment to ensure the product meets all specifications.


• Fully competent to stand in for a Pack Team Lead/Shift Manager.


• Effectively liaise with the Pack Team Lead to ensure product quality and schedule are strictly adhered to.


• Fully competent to train and verify competency on all processing equipment systems.


• Fully competent in planning and delivering training with support from Training Manager.


• Trained and competent in performing audits in any area and completed on schedule.


• Trained and competent in performing risk assessments in own area and completed on schedule.


• Ability to train others to support the prebatch area and support the transfer of skills to new and existing employees.


• Ensure stock rotations are always adhered to.


• Trained and competent in building, setting up, and operating both wires cut machines and rotary moulders.


• Delivers full compliance and consistency against set KPIs.


• Ensure all process control documentation is completed in time and in full, consistently delivering 100% of effective document control.


• Ensure all health and safety requirements for the line and the team are fully adhered to.


• Ensure the smooth running of all process from warehouse, pre-batch mixing etc.


• Carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by line manager.

About You;


• Able to understand, evaluate and apply technical information.


• Able to adeptly learn the context of a challenge and quickly integrate new skills.


• Anticipate the impact of change and rises to the challenge, with the ability and confidence to report any risks immediately to Manager.


• Good verbal and written English communication.


• Excellent numeracy skills


• Level 2 Health and Safety (desirable)


• Manual Handling (desirable)


• Leadership and/or team building qualification (desirable)
