Sales Executive - Construction Contractor

My client is an established Construction and Property specialist who are looking to hire a Sales Executive to join them on a permanent basis. The objective of the role will be to be look after all forms of marketing/ social media. They are currently going through a rebranding stage so this role will be integral is supporting with all media and keeping everything fresh and up to date. Secondly you will play a crucial part in identifying new business through networking and meeting potential clients.

Duties:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at house builders, social housing developers and landlords, and student accommodation companies.
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to drive sales growth.
• Provide expert product knowledge and technical support to customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales within the construction or building products industry.
• Strong understanding of the needs and requirements of housebuilders, developers and landlords, and student accommodation companies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
