Hourly Rate: £11.44 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary on going

Key Requirements:

* MAPA/CPI Certification is required (for managing challenging behaviour and ensuring patient safety).

* Previous experience working in healthcare settings, especially in mental health, learning disabilities, or similar fields, is desirable.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

* A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to those in need.

* A proactive and reliable attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide personal care and support to patients in a variety of settings.

* Assist with daily living activities, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and mobility.

* Ensure the safety and well-being of patients, particularly in challenging situations.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records.

* Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients
