Earning Potential:

Year 1: £50k OTE

Year 2: £70k OTE

Year 3: £85k-£90k+ (top performers exceed this)

We're partnering with a rapidly growing software company based in Bracknell, known for its supportive culture, outstanding benefits, and uncapped earning potential. They're looking for a Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to join their close-knit, energetic team.

Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking

Work closely with your team to drive success and share best practices

What we're looking for:

B2B sales experience (essential), ideally in tech or SaaS

A self-motivated, resilient approach

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Strong planning and prioritisation abilities

A competitive drive to exceed targets
