As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents while promoting their independence and respecting their individual dignity within a nursing home setting.
Qualifications - Nursing qualification (RGN or RMN) and valid UK NMC Pin
- Compassionate and caring attitude tailored to nursing home residents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills within a nursing home environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a nursing home care team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills specific to nursing home care

Responsibilities - Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans within the nursing home
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure that all residents' personal care needs are met in the nursing home environment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while adhering to nursing home protocols
- Monitor and record residents' condition and progress within the nursing home setting
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the care team within the nursing home
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and protocols specific to nursing home operations
- Support the general day-to-day activities of the nursing home and its residents
